Due to the perishable nature of food products, Keto & Zero follows strict return and refund guidelines in line with UAE consumer protection standards.

Returns/refunds are only applicable if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or expired.

The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.

Non-Eligibility

Products that are opened, used, or improperly stored.

Returns based on personal taste preference or change of mind.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
