Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, Keto & Zero follows strict return and refund guidelines in line with UAE consumer protection standards.

  1. Eligibility

    • Returns/refunds are only applicable if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or expired.

    • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.

  2. Non-Eligibility

    • Products that are opened, used, or improperly stored.

    • Returns based on personal taste preference or change of mind.

    • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Refund Method

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

    • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.

  4. Procedure

    • Customers must contact Keto & Zero customer support via email or phone to initiate a claim.

    • All claims are subject to inspection and verification by Keto & Zero.
