  • By using this site, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and complete.

3. Products & Availability

  • All our products are food items. Packaging, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product details accurately; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are free from error.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received (except for Cash on Delivery).
  • We accept multiple payment methods (online card, bank transfer, Cash on Delivery where available).
  • All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

5. Delivery

  • Deliveries are available across UAE. Shipping fees and timelines are shown at checkout.
  • Keto & Zero is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted except in cases of incorrect, damaged, or expired items (see Return & Refund Policy).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon approval.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
  • Account details must be kept confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Keto & Zero shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • All food products should be consumed responsibly and as part of a balanced diet. Customers with medical conditions must consult a healthcare professional before consumption.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
